pk87 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit copies of your CNIC and proof of your registered payment method before withdrawal requests are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by pk87 may result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is completed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk87 account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. pk87 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk87 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the pk87 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profit.
pk87's total liability to you for any direct damages shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your pk87 account at the time the claim arises. This limitation applies regardless of the basis of the claim, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.
